Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
- Translate customer needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivered by Agile teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams through sprints to refine and deliver features.
- Communicate project progress and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Ensure that the product meets the stakeholders' vision and organization goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint planning.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM and Kanban.
- Strong ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on-time solutions.
- Familiarity with product backlog management tools like JIRA, Trello, etc.
