Our Story: From Insight to Innovation
StackFactor was born from real-world experience. Founder Candin Jones, with technology leadership roles at global enterprise organizations, witnessed the frustrations of legacy systems firsthand — no team readiness visibility, unproductive tools, and widespread low productivity.
The turning point? A simple spreadsheet and PowerBI report that tracked skills and training. His colleagues couldn't get enough of it. This sparked a vision with co-founder Christina: an enterprise-ready, AI-driven platform to prepare teams for new roles and expertise mastery.
Today, StackFactor delivers that vision, helping organizations like yours accelerate talent readiness with confidence.
