Summary
The Agile Champion is responsible for promoting and implementing agile methodologies within an organization. They act as a coach and mentor to teams, helping them adopt and improve agile practices to enhance productivity and deliver value more efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Promote agile values and principles within the organization,
- Coach teams on agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean,
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective execution,
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of product backlogs,
- Help teams identify and remove impediments,
- Work with other organizational leaders to create an environment that supports agile practices,
- Measure and report on the progress of agile adoption and team performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master,
- Strong understanding of various agile methodologies and frameworks,
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills,
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization,
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe) is preferred.
- **Microsoft Azure DevOps**: - it's beneficial in environments that use Microsoft's ecosystem for CI/CD and repository management.
