Summary

The Chief Enterprise Architect (CEA) is responsible for overseeing the organization's IT architecture and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role involves strategic planning, governance, and guidance of the enterprise's technology environment to optimize processes and promote system integrity.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide architecture strategy.

Align IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals.

Manage risks associated with IT assets and services.

Guide the adoption of new technologies and manage technology portfolios.

Ensure architectural coherence across projects and initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.

Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
