Novice users should be able to perform simple tasks such as creating new records, editing existing ones, and using the basic search functionality. They should also be able to set up notifications. At this stage, users are starting to interact more with the software but still require guidance.

Intermediate users are expected to have a deeper understanding of the software. They should be able to configure user permissions, customize fields and forms, create custom reports, and set up automated workflows. They should also be proficient in advanced searching and filtering. At this level, users can work independently on most tasks.

Advanced users should be able to integrate A1 Tracker with other systems and implement advanced workflow automation. They should also be capable of designing complex reports and managing large scale data. At this stage, users are highly proficient and can handle complex tasks with minimal supervision.

Expert users are expected to troubleshoot system issues, optimize system performance, develop custom modules, and implement advanced integration. They have a comprehensive understanding of the software and can handle any task or issue that arises. Experts are often responsible for training and guiding less experienced users.
