Responsibilities
AI-Driven IT Strategy: Lead the overarching technological vision and strategic IT roadmap, prioritizing the integration of advanced artificial intelligence into core business consulting services.
Technology Development Leadership: Direct the AI Team and software development initiatives to ensure the creation of scalable, innovative AI solutions that meet enterprise business goals.
Executive Consulting & Advisory: Serve as the primary technology advisor to the executive board, translating complex AI and development concepts into actionable business strategies and consulting service offerings.
Innovation & Research: Spearhead continuous research and development efforts to identify emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies that maintain the organization's competitive advantage.
IT Infrastructure & Security: Oversee the design and implementation of robust, secure IT architectures capable of supporting data-intensive AI workloads and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Talent Development & Management: Cultivate a high-performing AI and IT engineering culture by mentoring technical leaders, guiding resource allocation, and promoting continuous learning.
Strategic Partnership Management: Evaluate and negotiate with key technology vendors, establishing strategic partnerships that enhance the organization's technological capabilities and AI infrastructure.
Technology Budgeting & ROI: Manage the enterprise technology budget, ensuring cost-effective investments in AI tools and measuring the return on investment for all major IT development initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience & Leadership
Required: 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive-level role (e.g., VP of IT, CTO, or CIO).
Required: Proven track record of leading software development and AI engineering teams within a business consulting or technology services environment.
Preferred: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale enterprise technology budgets, resource allocation, and optimizing IT operations.Strategic & Technical Expertise
Required: Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning methodologies, and Generative AI frameworks to drive enterprise innovation.
Required: Extensive knowledge of enterprise cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)) supporting data-intensive AI workloads.
Preferred: Familiarity with advanced data architecture, IT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Compliance), and enterprise architecture management.Education & Certifications
Required: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA), or a related technical field.
Preferred: Relevant executive or technology certifications such as The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or strategic leadership credentials.Business & Soft Skills
Required: Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and the executive board.
