All of your organization's roles and skills live in the Capability Map. Searching there is the quickest way to learn what a role involves, or to check whether a role or skill already exists before you add a new one.
Search
- 1Open the Capability Map and select Roles or Skills in the left navigation.
- 2Type part of the name in the Search... box above the cards. The results update as you type.
- 3Use Sort by to order the results by Default, Name, or Publish Date. Click the arrow next to it to switch between ascending and descending.
- 4Scroll down to load more results.
- 5Click a card's title to open the role or skill.
TIPS
- Search matches role and skill names, so try a shorter or more general term if you don't see what you expect.
- Seeing No results match your search.? The role or skill isn't in your organization yet. It can be added from a template — see How to Import a Role and How to Import a Skill.
